- oversize high compresion pistons
Total Seal custom rings gapped by hand
Rods inspected and prepped for reuse
Crank x drillings cleaned tapped and plugged
Crank journals polished
Oil pump strip inspect dress where required and rebuild
Weber 40 DCOE 145/146 carbs fully stripped and rebuilt
Stainless caphead fittings used throughout
All plated fittings re. passivated as per OE.
Genuine FIAT gaskets used throughout
Magnecor Race HT leads
All mating surfaces flatted
All electrical sensors replaced for new ones
Distributor strip rebuild with new seals and reshim
Meticulous attention to measuring tolerances/end float and extreme detail to all labour throughout the strip and rebuild process.
All tooling calibrated with certified proof.
